Festő, restaurátor. Tanulmányait a müncheni Képzőművészeti Akadémián végezte 1890-95 között. Mesterei Liezen-Mayer és Hackl voltak. Kollektív kiállításon szerepelt Kolozsvárott 1902-ben. A pécsi székesegyház, a budavári koronázó templom, a győri székesegyház freskóit restaurálta. Műveit a Szépművészeti Múzeum és a Magyar Nemzeti Galéria őrzi.
