Festő. Tanulmányait a budapesti Képzőművészeti Főiskolán végezte. A gödöllői és a nagybányai művésztelepeken tevékenykedett. Nagybányán telepedett el. Tagja volt a Nagybányai Művészek Egyesületének. Elsősorban pasztellképeket készített. Szatmárnémetiben 1932-ben egyéni kiállítást rendezett. 1937-39 között több alkalommal Nagybányán és Bukarestben szerepelt kollektív kiállításon. Művei erdélyi, magyar és külföldi magángyűjteményekben és a Magyar Nemzeti Galériában találhatók.
