Festő. A Képző- és Iparművészeti Szakközépiskolában érettségizett 1967-ben. 1968-tól 1973-ig az amszterdami Állami Képzőművészeti Akadémia növendéke volt. 1992-től 1994-ig országgyűlési képviselő volt. A cigányság sorsát igyekezett festményein megörökíteni. 1970 óta kiállító művész. Egyéni tárlaton mutatkozott be Hollandiában 1990-ben, Amszterdamban 1972-ben, 1976-ban, a Rátkai Klubban 1986-ban, Berlinben 1994-ben. Kollektív kiállításon szerepelt Kölnben 1972-ben, Franciaországban (Vance) 1980-ban, Párizsban 1985-ben, a Rátkai Klubban 1991-ben, 1994-ben. Művei a budapesti Dagály utcai könyvtárban és a tiszadobi Andrássy-kastélyban láthatók.
