Neogrády, Antal Galsa, 1861 - 1942, Alag

Share Neogrády, Antal 's profie
Festő. A Mintarajziskolában tanult Budapesten. Mestere: Greguss János. Művészeti tanulmányait később Münchenben, Nauen magániskolájában, majd 1886-tól a müncheni Képzőművészeti Akadémián folytatta. 1887-ben a müncheni akadémia vásárolta meg egy rajzát. Esterházy-díjat nyert 1894-ben egy akvarell-sorozatával. 1893-1931 között a budapesti Képzőművészeti Főiskolán a vízfestést tanította. Főként akvarell- és gouche tájképei ismertek. Emellett olajképeket is festett. Különböző lapok számára (Új Idők ) illusztrációkat készített. 1888-tól rendszeresen szerepelt kiállításokon. Gyűjteményes tárlata volt Budapesten (1904) és Aradon (1908). Művei találhatók a Magyar Nemzeti Galéria gyűjteményében.
