Festő. A budapesti Mintarajziskolában tanult 1874-1879 között. Mestere: Székely Bertalan. 1879-ben a müncheni Képzőművészeti Akadémián folytatta művészeti tanulmányait állami ösztöndíjjal. 1881-től állított ki a Műcsarnokban. Gyűjteményes tárlata volt 1903-ban a Nemzeti Szalonban. Közgyűjteményben a Magyar Nemzeti Galériában található több munkája.
