Mata, János (Szoboszlai) Hegyközkovácsi, 1907 - 1944, Nyírmihálydi

Szoboszlai

Grafikus, költő. Fametszéssel foglalkozott. 1931-től Debrecenben élt. Dürer grafikáit tekintette mintaképnek. Tagja volt az Ajtósi Dürer Céhnek. Irodalmi műveket illusztrált fametszeteivel, könyvdíszeivel, ex libriseivel. 1944 őszén, a frontvonalon érte a halál.
