Festő. Művészeti tanulmányait Bécsben folytatta. Az 1840-es években Kassán, az 1850-es
évektől Pesten működött. Az óbuda-újlaki templom keresztúti képeinek alkotója. Több történelmi
témájú képe található a kassai múzeumban, illetve a Magyar Történelmi Képcsarnokban.
